You will receive an email from us shortly after you placed an order with Artistic Chinese Calligraphy.com.
This email is to confirm the information you provided to us including product(s) you ordered, quantity, pricing,
your mailing address, payment method, etc. Once it's shipped, you will receive another email from
us to confirm the date we shipped your product(s) and when you will receive it. Please allow 7 to 10
days for delivery. Most goods are shipped from California US; some products are shipped International Airmail directly from China.
As an additional note: If you use your credit card for your purchase, please be aware that your credit card will NOT be charged until we ship your order.
Tax and Shipment
All residents of California must pay 9.5% sales tax. This is California state law. All other purchases outside of the continental limits of
the United States are responsible for remitting their own sales tax where applicable.

Most orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. We charge $7.99 for US orders. For customers in other countries, we charge $28 for International First Class Mail. For US customers: You will enjoy FREE SHIPPING if your total purchase is $100 or more.
Most goods are shipped from California US; some products are shipped International Airmail directly from China.
We normally ship your order in 1 - 2 business days. Customized orders are normally shipped in 3 to 5 days.

We provide Express Mail shipping to customers who want to receive their orders faster.
Please allow 3 to 5
business days for delivery. For US customers, we charge $40 for Express Mail
shipping. For customers outside US, we charge $45 for International Priority Mail; $75 for International Express Mail.
Please be aware that our shipping dates could be longer due to conditions beyond our control.

Tangible products purchased from our online catalog may be returned in their original condition within thirty (30) days for a
complete refund. CDs, Videos, VCDs and DVDs must be returned unopened in order to receive a full refund. Gift Certificates, Chinese name translation services, seal carvings and all custom orders are non-refundable. Please note that on all sales items, all sales are final and are not refundable or returnable. All returns must include insurance for the value of the returned product. Shipping is to be paid for by the shipper.
